| Post subject: | Regarding attribute stone and its effect |
Hi guys I have made a search and look thru this thread: http://forum.pmfun.com/viewtopic.php?t= ... =attribute But I still have some queries as like if for close range character, are those attribute going to be beneficial for us to put like fire attribute into our sword when opponent have the normal 0 in their def attribute stats. I know someone had mention that nuker will benefit it when their weapon is slotted with the same element stone. Example sorceror with fire attribute stone will benefit their fire spell. I know that some mob are weak against certain element that we can take advantage on, however i would like to gain knowledge on pvp. Is attribute stone any uses for melee character? Thanks |

Well in pve you can take advantage, of course. For example you have a tyrant. You see some mobs with wind weak. Ofc, you should bestow wind attribute, so that you will do more damage. In pvp... Well i didn't understand it 100%... But if the enemy's armor attribute is earth and your atk attribute is wind, you should do less damage. I don't see the atk attribute sense in pvp... I mean... It's holy or unholy, what's the difference in damage? |

Wouldn't a wind attack do better damage to an earth-like resistance? Like spellhowlers vs. antharas? |

No, the release notes state that an attribute/alignment -specific armor resists its opposite. For example fire armor resists water, holy armor resists unholy attacks and earth armor resists wind attacks. True, it sounds kind of odd, considering the attribute theme of the game -> holy mobs dark attack weak point, sacred attack resistant. Also, unholy mobs (undead only) are sacred weaklings. It's kind of odd, but this is it. |
