Ah, yeah, It's the skill of abladester ( female kamael). It paralysiss with a rate nearly 95 %. My SK wear set ring boss : Antharas 50% def with anchor, Fintereza 15% def and zaken 20 % def with anchor but every time she cast ,i get anchor. Tks to smart cubic, I could win her, but, we have the test out side : with fortidute, and full buff she anchor me 95%. So, i don't know extractly what the hell is going , but, have you ever played that class, can u show me what is the rate of that skill. If it rate nearly 95%,i think it's imposilbe for any one except SK, TK can win it. |

Don't worry, your server has its equations wrong. The land rate can't be that high. |

OMG, but it's real. I 've took a look in an offline sever of my friend, and, it rate is the same at what i've just mention.Have you ever play that class and do that skill. If this is the truth,i think .. it's impossible to create a balance sever for l2. |

If this is the truth,i think .. it's impossible to create a balance sever for l2. yeah, I played arbalester, but I tried that skill on a few mobs and it never succedeed, so I just gave up, and now I deleted my char :/ |

It's bugged. Rate is supposed to be almost same as anchor. Don't trust any server on Interlude++ stuff. Ask someone to test on retail. |

bleh answer to that question is that ya either playing a CT1 or CT 1.5 or CT2 private server. havent seen any off servers thats over interlude. |
