I think it depends on situation. Against mages I would use dc, against archers - ma. But it's only my opinion

dc rullz on every mag..if its +6 go for dc is much better...MA dont give u casting speed so it sux |

Go for dc. Especially that it's +6. Ma set isn't great on sps. |
