well on retail its not its normal delay

it's a simple question. When you are in a battle at the olympiads, when u use a skill that have a big delay (such as UD), after the battle ends, before you start another, that Skill will be castable again? Or this doesn't exist, the skill has the "normal" delay? I want to know how is in RETAIL, if someone can answer me. =/ |

On most servers where i've entered oly, their reuse isn't resetted... Just remains like that, so you have to wait for the reuse. |

yes, you have to wait on retail, many players complain about that on offi forum |
