I would play a caster, on an interlude server, and i just cant choose between SPS/Sorc/SPH, but i cant really find a strong side of a sorc. I mean, SPS got exactly the same, but with better cast speed and more spells (just a little different vortex), and SPH got drains to keep himself standing a little longer + extra m. atack. But what has the sorcerer? I think he has something hiding, but i cant find it :/ (cuz if not, i see a B-grade caster in him) Please post your ideas, advices etc. *Note - i dont want to play necro, i just dislike them, so please do not post "you should take a necro" |

hmm well lets see sorcerer has cancel Sh doesnt, sps has more cast speed but lower dmg. u should play with whatever char u like but take note that sorcerer is best in party the others can solo pretty nice but sorcerer... not so good, for clan pvp i would pick sorcerer if i have nice clan, he is has a crucial part in defending castles, but like i said ... for pvp 1V1 i would go on SH or SPS |

You should take Spellhowler, 1 drain, 2 nukes, 1 nuke that provide over hit. and CDL, another nuke when u are lower hp stronger m.atk. Sorcerer got 1 nuke (promi), and 2 attaks in short distance, thats the explanation for concetration lvl 6. Also got decay a pretty decent DoT skill. and Cancel to. Sps it´s a good nuker to. |

I like sps way better than sorc or sph. But sps drains down mp extremely fast, and fast mp recov does not rly help as much as btm. So I would say go for sph if u want to exp fast too. |

In c4 the sorcerer was a great class, and only sleep-pros used to play that class. Nowadays, it's nerfed, because it just needs a good debuff. Well, maybe ncsoft left him behind because lots of mobs have fire weakness. I can't find any other explanation. In ct1, go for sh. Empowering echo really puts the bone to usage. |

Sorcerer is the best for killing numerous monsters at the same time. U have 2 attacks that can hit more than 1 mob. So take an overlord with you, Root the bastards and u can start the grillparty
BUT i think Spellhowler is SOO MUCH BETTER! It can regain HP, It's mp lasts long, and it has CDL. Body to mind helps u in mana problems ( u will need it rarely i think) If you hp is low use corpse life drain and body to mind again. In pvp, it kicks ass many many classes. It can kill spellsinger too, if u are skilled enough (well i must practice) |

First the sps :p I don't like those char 'couse it have very very little m.atck but pretty nice cast.It has some usefull spells but and many bullshit skills.Nice weapon is the cansel.And for exp-ing you have skill for faster Mp regeneration :pSo sps isnt bad choose. Sph is one of the strongest classes in the game 'couse cdl,drain,silence and ...+.But think :p Without dyes or buffs it has very low casting speed but and great m.atck
So i have a lot of expiriense with Sorcerer.Pretty good casting speed,pretty good m.atck,cansel,mass sleep and so on.But for exp-ing this is very bad choice 'couse you dont have skills for mana regeneration and your BTm is just level 1 But i like Sorcerer's nukes They are very beatifull So i think that and SpS and SpH and the SS are strong classes.Just choose your stile char and GO LEVEL UP

so, many thanks for your advices, looks like that sorc really is not the way to go (it seems like that mobs fire weakness is "the point"), ill go and try SPH/SPS, just who of them will fit me better. |

Go to SH i think
SpS is a torture to play with in my opinion. The half of your game time will be spent like sitting around and yelling : I HAVE NO MANA!

Unholy resit afect M.atk of shadow flare, right? So if SH PVP some one if unhly resist he get the same problem of sorc but in players. but i will chosse SH same way |

LoL And what about sps? If u have resist holy it cannot make too many problems with solar flare (of course it can do damage with many spells like ice dagger hydro blast etc) |
