plss help me here what are casting speed of curses and there landing rates so i can pick the best skill to learn and use in pvp ty 
pls rate the casting speed if its 1 to 10(1-slowest cast/10fastestcast) ty so much ps: plss al the individual and mass(AOE) curse skill

Come on that's a stupid question. Depends on the skill lvl, your matk and the enemy's mdef. |

I want to defeat a necro with my SH. Is that possible if i put many to MEN ? Because that guy always catch me with silence :/ |

Silence him first. You have more chances of landing it if the necro doesn't use the imba skill named curse gloom. Seriously, ncsoft haven't thought this matter much. Don't get men because it's bullshit anyway. I'd go for +4 wit and +5 int -men, even if you are a big curse hole. Or at least +5 wit and +4 con. Remember that the sh now has empowering echo, so if the necro's curses don't land he's dead meat. |

I'm grateful for your advice, i want to take my revenge on necros who made my Storm Screamers life full of death penalties. Empowering echo is a nice stuff, through in the server I play I must wait , because it is interlude 
Do you think maybe a demon set can help me? it gives 4 INT and takes away 1wit. And 52 INT is very sexy ;P I think it is good against necro, because it cast magic, not influenced by P.def. |

If you want a matk set, go for ma set. That way you have +17% matk and +1 int. Although, in interlude necro isn't a balanced class, so you'd need some silence resistance. I'm talking about epic jewels ofc. |
