 Post subject: big doubt about mortal strike

my doubt is that if this skill increase the land of the blows, because "critical strike" can be interpreted like a successful blow, or maybe only increases the chance of do a critical skill or lethal skill, but the land continues as usual.

Mortal strike increases the chance of landing a blow skill.
I don't think there is proper research to determine if it influences the lethal chance.

Mortal strike lvl 3 SHOULD increase the chance of landing a blow by 40%, but i'm not exactly sure, because i haven't seen proof and most il servers around here have the daggers formulas all wrong.

icarus i havent played any dagger on retail but me clan mates does well hmm as tehy sai its about 35%~ but they just sai that so it can be 30-40 i believe its 40 :)
