When its good to Use it?In pvp Or Xp? Its usefull or not?

It's good in pve. In pvp it's pretty much siucide. Well, except those cases where you kite a destro or something like that. Not exactly used in pvp, even on kiting.

In pve it's good because you crit harder and you save mana.
It's very useful in mass pvp though, because when you crit a mage, they will feel your presence. And since you are even behind the nukers, getting hit isn't exactly your concern.

imo deadeye is very good and usefull(pve,pvp) but u have to be fully buffed to see its true potential (this is the weakness of this skill).

you need to see the real power of PR(astie) ...btw you use daed eye when u are fullbuffed pve/pvp ... u will see in movie fullbuff+dead eye = 1 hit ( if crit btw )
