Because I really don't know, which attacks are Earth type..

I heard steal essense is a earth type attack (it hit me same dmg with and without dark res bufs but less with earth guard ) but I'm not sure |

steal essence/life leech are not dark attack, they are not elemental. not resist can lower the damages of theses skills. |
