Bluff landing rate depend on the other party CON i think. |

40% base rate and it's affected by Epic Jewl . Bluff had a very high land rate back in C4 so in C5 was nerft like hell . Your test with bluff dosen't mean nothing because as far as i can see you play some server where Bluff is gimp compared to retail. |

Nc uses BASE land rates of 80 40 and 20 depending on the skill. That doesnt mean that skills will land 80% 20% and 40%, because the base its modified by INT and MEN(magic) STR and CON(physical) and buffs and debuffs. Bluff has a 40% base land rate, the less CON the adversary has the most chances of landing the debuff. Bluff also has 3 diferent landing posibilities: -It can stun you -It can cancel your target (you lose target) -It will make the enemy show his back. The target can be afected by one of them by 2 or by all of them. |
