nothing, it will use the power that the skill describes, and it will seem to be like you have hit with that power just it does not make any damage those that say -added- to patk/matk are influenced agression also has a debuff effect, but it's not magical so int won't make a difference either |

Another quick question. Tank skill shackle, also doesn't rely on buffs? only on ++ value? |
