Better Archer for PvP?

Hello guys,
I'll start on a new lowrate server which will open tommorrow and I can't decide between PR or HE.
I'm sure I want to play an archer but not SR. So i ask for your meanings about PR and HE.
Which one is better for pvp? Why? PR has more STR and gives bigger crits than HE, but PR has low-HP.
Well, discuss it! :)

Even as a fan of PR's, I would suggest HE as it's the best overall archer, with a combination of good damage, good survivability, and dash. PR's hit harder, but slower, and don't shine until they are stacked with baium/aq/db+f and then they'll hit for 6k commonly.

pr is much more of a glass-cannon, dies and kills easily
but

so i had this one to the weight limit and con
