Just a really quick question. Where can I enchant Storm Screamer skills, I've been running around the world and haven't found a place, where I could use my codexes. Thank you

even on epiLOL u can't double click codex... skills and magic>> enchant skills(bottom of the screen)

if u have lets say +1 skill and use the book where imposible to burnu gota duoble click on book
