Humans = survivors
Elves = to afraid to act
Dark elves = betrayed for there thurst and consider every1 a potencial enemy
Orcs = a warrior race that will fight with honor
Dwarfs = they own the world ( with money )
Kamael = they consider themselves superior and they will learn that by looking down on others they will learn defeat

Humans: stupid, greedy, got their existance by pure luck, because the elves taught them magic as the storyline goes, so they could defend themselves.

Elves: stupid as hell, because they actually thought that teaching humans how to use magic would make a powerful ally. So they just got a powerful enemy. They are more stupid than humans, because humans profit over everything (this is how they got the domination), while they don't split from their ancestors' rules (don't be greedy, don't use black magic, etc)

Dark elves: the most intelligent creatures after the dwarves. Why? They sought revenge on humans, they were the only one brave enough to attempt to strike back. They got banished by the elves, but cured the curse as I understood (they couldn't walk out in plain sun). They became more intelligent and are seeking to achieve where the elves fail.

Orcs: there's one bad thing about them... They believe too much. In my vision, orcs gone loose would be capable of tearing every race apart.

Dwarves: this is the most intelligent race. Instead of actually fighting they're taking the essential part in everyone's life - money. What's more evil than knowing you control all by means of money?

Kamaels: hmm... Shy creatures that finally decided to show their nature to the world.

Kamael only appeared in the world of L2 because Eva summonned them to help in the fight against deminic creatures. (I read it on an official L2 site)

Where exactly do you read it, I browsed the site and couldn't find much info about the storyline..

We can 'suppose' it has to do with the physical condition that the dark elves have. Elves are weak, dark elves are strong, but both are fragile (especially the dark elf).

Really... Elves look like... Human mystics.

Coz they have embrace all the knowledge they could put their "greedy" ilttle hand on, and used it(even abused it). they can be "dark", "white" and all the "grey" tones u want betwen these extrems. They can be fighters, traders, magicians, assassins, king, servants, all of these... because they have the biggest power of all: FREE WILL.

Every race possesses free will. LoL.
Subclass = total freeedom. (After IL it is not.)

As a set in every fantasy corner (where Lineage based) Elves are always fragile and look really whimpy, since they are mostly pacific (they follow the will of mother earth, bla bla bla etc..)

Only on warcraft Lore, Night Elves have big muscles and shit, but that's because their males are so bound to the nature, that most of the times, they assemble physical constitution from creatures of the wild, like bears or boars. In some rare cases, they can even posess feathers, wings or antlers.

I haven't read much about L2 Lore but I found it really interesting. Maybe i'm gonna leave my character afk and I'll start reading it from the start. Since I have to plan a new Dungeons & Dragons session, maybe I'll take a thing or two from L2.
