i just wanted to mention that now
because yesterday i wrote that shit at like 2:30 and i was too lazy to calculate the boost u get if u add 1 more wit

i use max wit dyes and +4con
with +5wit boost elven mage gets +32% cspd
while with +4 wit the reward is 25%

but as euphoria said the cspd wont change the delay of ur magical skills so basicaly its useless
for previous chronicles max wit as i said
but now +4dex is better than +1wit

But when i have skill like it dont have the reuse, u can spamm it without waiting, so cst. speed. is usefull for it.
Or Major heal.

Other is Turn Undead and Greater Heal it have long reuse time so it doesnt change anything if i have imba cst.speed.

I guess there something that gives u that cst.speed when i saw lvl 81 hero EE on my server when he was launvhing buffs, fast like hell.

But explain why, coz myby im wrong.
