tyrant has skills for range that have low reuse He has range skills ( no duh ! ) but there reuse are slower then tyrant in full buff both of them plus the tyrant can easily catch the HE stun him then go to work on him if he has crit stun SA on fists then its bb for HE even with maj on :))

In fullbuffed pvp. Tyrant has a BIG speed advantage :)
Thanks to its supa P.atk and supa muthafuking atack speed, its a potential enemy of all characters in L2.
