Maybe surrender to earth is used like a buff for friendly players - to increase resist to wind attacks?

Ya, but igmit, if you have great m. crit. rate like

Valakas Necklace, Wild Magic, Siren Dance, IMBA WIT and hero weapon, aura flare can be quite usefull . . .
hydro blast hits like 2000 dmg, m crit of aura flare is like 3500 with great cst. spd. . .

But i don't preffer using it, use surrender water ice vortex and hydro blast . . .

NaH, thats just an augment . . .

summons have only water attack
so only stuff that ES can have is augment . . .
