Ma gives you more survibility due stun resist, speed and cancel resist. + More m atk and property to have multiple atribute resists.

S80 only worth having thing is cast speed witch isn't needed for healing while propertly set subskill and pormander setup will garant you nice counter heal
and fast greater battle heal. And it isn't need for nukes also, becouse nuke augment means 5sec reuse and for this your basys cast speed and selfbuffs is far enought - not just don't get canceled by casting but to kite aswell. And the p def shit is LOLOLOLOL diffrence!

So DYna is more non-oly armor. Or you can call it more agresive with 15% cst spped what wont stop enemys ass till comes to you and/or stuns. While ma still has better chance to that or atleast land root
