lol icarus srry man but this time ur wrong ... i remember in c4 dex i made a test with a friend, he had SOV+ACU+3, i played destroyer sub back then ( me lvl 66, him lvl 66)he produced the folowing effects : anchor 7 out of ten times, i played with my sisters sorcerer lvl 67 i got silenced 8 out of ten times we both had BO set all+3 so actually the landing is quite high, i must say that silence is pretty hard to get... but anchor is very often, im gonna say about 65% or more

ohhh yeah these tests where made only with self buffs, i dont remember the one with buffs.... been a long time since then, but i can assure with full buffs (PP) the landing rates where lower but with SE buffs the rates where bigger i cant be sure with these tests(we both know dex is pretty bugged when it comes to the fuckin necros at least thats the way it was back then)

I have done tests in L2Supreme and Offi. Same results in everything.

on supreme it lands 3/5 on fighter with majestic jewels , and ch buffs , just tested it^^

and on mage it was like 1/5

lol man like i said, my tests where made in dex server aproximatly 1 and a half years a go when i still played destro, those where the results because i had an argument in the clan so we decided to test them, we did the test 10 times each, with pp buffs, with se buffs, on fighter, and mage. wtf dont u understand?

the buff test was made like this: we both got buffed by same class, we ddint have differernt buffs, i agree maybe necros where bugged, but i didnt say it was 100% accurate, stop flamming at me, i just said what the test shows

and just for godsens: i never played necro, i hate this class, because its so easy even my grandmother could learn how to play with it, and yes i am a smartass. can i ask for how long have u played l2? class? subclass? server? because i can tell u one thing when i played l2 u where playing under the table with ur ****

Long time ago, anchor was classified as a mental attack. I don't exactly know if it's available anymore, but if it is, that means only 1 thing: mental shield resists it.
And excuse me, but i feel free enough to DOUBT your tests. What tests have you ran? What equipment, what dyes, what buffs, how many times have you cast the curse to make an accurate percentage?

anchor lands like 40% of the cases from what i have seen in pvps etc etc etc
now depends
lvl of the caster and lvl of the target
jwls
buffes
set ( dc sets have anchor rezist )
and of course race and class

i'd say anchor chances can be better on a fighter if :

-the necro is equipped with arcana mace +3
-anchor is over-enchanted +9
-the necro is over lvl 78(gets necromancy)


in olympiad there are no defensive buffs , and i haven't seen a fighter that wont take zerk vs a mage before , maybe archers wont , but melee will sure need speed
