So, he shot me once, no lethal. i restored my cp, then he shot me twice, no lethal. i restored my cp again. he shot me third, i was dead :|. i was WTF archer lethal can be 1 shot 1 kill??

I didn't knew that Lethal Shot have Effect 2 also, and i still don't believe.

I tried last night with my Sagi on dex, and eventually i got one. Strange i never got one on any other srvrs i played, even with my Sagi on retail, or maybe i never gived too much attention to it.

Didn't happen to me all the time either. You remember it better if it's done ON you, e.g. oly fight, a sr begins with lethal shot and you die.

I would like to ask, the Turn Undead's lethal is "1HP lethal" or "1HP or half HP (with x% chance)"?

Also need to know what are the possible enchansment - chance or MP cost?

Yes is 1 hp lethal.
About enchanting it , i think you have cost and power. Power , if i guess right gives more chances to fear mobs. I would choose mp cost.

I am asking because of Off announcement in C5 changes said this:

There are 2 different types.
Lethal strike from bishop/EE it's about 40% chance and it's 1hp on undeads.
Lethal strike from dagger classes and archers have much lower chances and they're 2 of them, the ones you just mentioned it.
