It's easy...i used to get at that number with my old aw 84 with dyn set. song of vitality, +4 con, cov, condition of pa'agrio, mby any augment and that's it...

p.s. so dyes for pvp +4con -4str are good also? Some ppl here advised me to go for +dex/str -con

u got low CON and increasing it will give u very small bonuses, more benefits u will get from increasing STR or DEX
