If you have a prophet as a dualbox you can pole your way from lvl 40-61 in catacombs in about 5 hours or so on a 5x server, and that's if you've got a C/B grade gear at hand, no lance needed though.

From 61 to 70 you can go with either a c-grade gear or a-grade if you've got a strong clan. Go for deep VoS and just grind for about... 7-8 hours if you're really slow? Next stop is shrine of loyality, in here u can grind until 76 without any problems, if you use this method you can get from 40-76 in less then 2 days easily.

I haven't tried the Glad+PP combo but it was easily achived with a destro+wc and Glad+EE (just from 40-61 though), and of course a couple of mage combos if you exclude the part from 40-61.

yes, im getting a lot of errors, already re-installed, but I cant solve this problem :S
