Titan can be counted as a tank in mass pvp but not rb imo .. In mass pvp i always get my friend who is a titan go engage battle first then a healer targetting him and healing him then we will go and finish enemy off..

PP can be also counted as tank, depends on your party...
Every char can be considered as a tank in certain situations aka secondary tanks, but it still does not make them one...
