Lol it actually depends... on oly vs Dominator with this big cp.. Lol im s00r for that domi .. but for spirit i think spirit>cp cause u get more effective as nuker.. :)
Btw Master skills like m.atk and cast speed give big influence? Im wondering to put a master Empower or Cast on my Storm Screamer

noup they dont give major boosts
greater magic offence-29 matk
