Tallum = perfect for glads .. as i sayed be4 ,i have friends who knows that class better than me.. on 1x ,3x or on 5x .. and they always choose for that set even if they have 61;70 or 78..
1'st of all it's a lot easier to make Tallum than Maj/Nightmare and
2'ndly at 70 + if u can afford an 2'nd type of armor like Nightmare or Majestic
then go and craft it/buy it / farm it .. do whatever u want but remeber to keep that Tallum Plate because it isn't worthlessed .. (think on nukers 4 example .. do they wear Maj Robe?wich is top A + 50% Stun Resistance.. Well They don't ..)

Maj Hvy ftw good STR bonus with +4% to p.atk + Stun resist it is best set for DD breaker like glad. If you have good clan or nice amount of $ buy IC

Tallum. Apella is for good looks.

First of all for PvE go Tallum and Kesh*Kesh or SlS*Tsu and ofc the +5 Str - Con . As for PvP Majestic is an armor for noobs lol , go NM and Dama*Kesh , as for S ofc IC Set is a very good choice . If you play Interlude you can go +Str / Con - Dex , if not i would sugest +Dex for speed , but ONLY for speed because the bonus you recive are crap compared to the loss of the Con / Cp / Hp / Cp - Hp Regen .

Maj light noobish in pvp? O rly? How about an aw pvp with a dark avenger? You will pray for maj light set. I always use maj light set because it's just the best armor for dark elves generally, in pvp. Light or heavy.

@siradrian mj heavy gives 50%stun resistance, 4% p.atk and +2 str - 2 con

Tallum heavy-> 8% atk.speed +2 str - 2 con. Glady/duelist has good p.def and humans have good CON, considering that is a heavy armor wearer it is dificult anyway to stun him

IMO nightmare heavy set is the worst choise for a glad

Icarus this topic is for Gladiators and not Aw so i realy don't see any point in your reply ... Majestic Armor is noobish on Gladiators . As for Aw i belive you should try Resist Shock still Draconic Armor +6 is better then maj even more with the new builds that came from C5 it's not suck a big problem imo but back on-topic . Nightmare is a very good armor for glads in PvP with all the +5 that he will go and the extra Con from bonus it will add a load ammount of Hp / Cp and that Resist Sleep / Root is the big thingy here . You kill an melle by sleep / root him , you must prevent this and now in c5 sleep is nerfet but PP / EE / SE / have theyr Trance that there is much better then normal sleep and let's not forget about OL / WC Dreaming Spirit and ofc the support class that give's Root / Shackle / Seal of Binding so NM is good for PvP coz if you can't have perma LH and you won't whana be a siting duck on the field . P.atk is not much of a deal for a glad because he deals damage from skills power just like dagger class so that 4% it's not a big deal .

Over all for PvP NM is the best as A grade because from Interlude Gladiators go +Str / Con - Dex so with all that Con and +2 from bonus who will stun the glad . As i sayd in my first post Tallum Armor w/ Kesh*Kesh or SlS*Tsu for PvE and PvP NM .

Well i see sense in my reply. I just gave an example. And sorry? You're telling me that maj heavy is bad for glads? What about glad vs DA? Your maj heavy will be your god, believe me. If the shield bash landed and you have no maj heavy it's over. If you do have, you can still sword the DA.

How can you posibly think you can land a stun on a Human with 50 Con ? And if you whana be more bad add War Frenzy and LH so overall i would prefer NM . By the way you reach 50 Con with the end-game setup and useing NM . And if you go self-buff the Shield Stun / Slam dosen't have great re-use don't compare the re-use of Shield Bash with Slam coz it's totaly diffrent .

Go ahead activate frenzy, the glad has mana problems vs DA, sure go ahead and use your little mana that you have. The gladiator without the appropriate stun resist aquipment WILL get stun from a DA, i know, trust me. I made a gladiator on a balanced server and i came over a DA. Guess what with +5 con and tallum heavy (46 con) i would STILL get stun. The DA and pala have the most reliable stun. Go ahead and try it. I don't think you have ever played like you say.

Btw: shield stun has a very low reuse... What server are you playing?

((((((((( why u talk shi7 guys? just ask 4 what he needs the armor pvp/pve wtf? u can use every armor if its the right time ofc for pvp id prefer the stun resistance not the 8% atk spd...so sry:D but mj winz again:P
