for dagger, there is only one good augments -> active refresh + pvp mich/evasion. but there is also some reuse and you cant use that skill every match at oly, so its good to have 2 actives: Active Refresh (all skill) and skill refresh (p.skill refresh), its different skills and youll be imba trust me :)
