of course I didnt mean that this will inscrease your base cast speed and M atack , instead it will make you cast 2x faster with your cast speed , and make 2x more dmg with same M atack . btw WIT+ 5 INT -5 are good duys so . If you dont have lot of books I would enchant deadly blow and visious stance . anyway GL man :D


BSS increase casting speed with 15% so yes it is cool.
