as far as i remember:
1-9 same chance as 2nd proof
10-74%
11-72%
12-70%
13,14 i dont remember but its about 55% and to +15 its 54%

When 2nd proof skills have to be enchanted to +30, and 54% chance is about enchant to +20 or smth
from 29 to 30 it is about 15 or 20% to enchant, who said 2nd class are easier?...
I made myself magnus to +15 with ONE BOOK, not using blessed ones, and when i was enchanting transfer pain from +18 to higher i used blessed coz failing would cost too much.

uhm... 7? from oly tokens after making hero you can get shitloadz of books, one costs 5500 and you can have about 300k tokens

im unlucky..
at lvl 82 failed x3 skills in row b4 +5(2nd class skills) so for me making +17 from the first attempt is pretty big luck
