B : avadon or doom with dye cancel (+3 str - 3 con) coz doom gives more hp and pdef

A : majestic/tallum but majestic is better in pdef, gives resist stun (wich is great for SK) and put a -2 str +2 dex (or -2 str+2 con to cancel stats bonus)
majestic gives also +3 accuracy and 4% patk

DC is definitively an armor for PvE and it's better to get a doom+6 than a DC set

S: IC set is a good thing but S80 set are very powerfull
you can wear S80 at 76 but without shoulders wich can be only wearable at 80

take it like this way

B grade : clan - doom / clanless - blue wolf or avadon
A grade : clan - DC /clanless -majestic
S:sux

DC is really useless for a sk.sk can easily reach 100% shield def in majestic and it's even more easy in CT1 with shield mastery boost.
but the bad side of a SK is his low CON and then is easy to stun even from a stun shot so majestic set helps.

i agree for the s80 but the ic isnt good ... tallum is for pve and dc/maj for pvp

and maybe +dex-str(hmm anyway u r not dd...u r tank.. u have 380 degree shield def posibility..u have high dex so even without+advanced block u will have pret prety nice shield def rate:)
best armor is doom set(well hp bonus p def etc etc)
later u have the NM set(bunch of p def again hp bonus..)
mj(stun resistance anyway accuracy is not ur main priority neither the 4% p atk..)
and DC-4% more heals-useless without epics
