Do you always get a passive skill if you use a High-Grade Life Stone: Level 76? Or is there just a % chance?

well either you didn`t read my post or you didn`t read the html because there i cannot find my answer

augments are really random
but somes stats are availables only on some grade and skills levels depends of life stone level
i explain little better

a life 46 will give you a skill lvl 1 while a life 76 will give you a level 10 skill

all lifes can gives normal stat increase (like patk, pdef, hp, cp, mp, mp regen, hp regen, accuracy, evasion and critical attack)

for grade, normal grade can gives you chance active skills but chance is little lower

for mid, you can get active, passive and chance and you can have a little glow if you get one of them but the chance is low (to get passive)

high grade gives you more chance to get active, passive. chance skills have less chance to appear.

top grade gives you 1/2 passive or active (never saw a chance skill with top grade) and also stat modifier (STR, INT, MEN, DEX) wich appear only with top

btw all is random, youcan get CP+10 HP+20 patk +3 with a top grad elife and a skill with a normal one.

Good luck, i've spend around 50 mil on that shit too constate that i'm fucking unlucky
