can someone tell me where to get Recipe : Outlaw's Eyepatch and Pirate's Eyepatch from. is it from any fish and if which lvl .I wanted to make 1 of those but I couldn't find which fish and it isn't in Clan Halls either |

no fish gives recipes except for oil the recipes you are looking for are sold at fisherman for colored scales |
