The server I'm playing is H5. I wonder how can I improve/upgrade dynasty rings and earrings to (e.g Dynasty Earrings Stun Resistance, paralysis resistance, fear resistance etc.).

Hia - what you likely mean are the masterwork item. Everytime you craft one of these jewels, you have a chance of crafting a masterwork item that has some extra bonuses. Each jewel has their unique one that can't be changed.
