I'm not sure if there is any non-P2W server at this point honestly. The RMT become so prevalent everywhere that even if the server has no donation itself, you can 'pay to win' pretty much anywhere... Each time some old player leaves a server they can sell all their stuff to those RMT sites and anyone with a credit card can get it, everything from adena to RB jewels / high lvl cahrs
I've heard that Asterios is pretty strict about the RMT (mostly because they have so many players they can afford to ban those who buy adena), so I would say that's as far as non-P2W can go imho.
