The 688420 folder is just the Steam AppID, so that userdata path is correct for saves synced through Steam Cloud. A lot of the actual game settings still end up split between that and local AppData or config ini files depending on how the game handles them. |

Damn, completely forgot L2 is even on Steam aaaaand it's gone  My guess is they took it down because of the terrible reviews, NCsoft made the offi server so P2W it felt like a purgatory
