Anybody knows why twitch is banning the streamers that are playing private servers ? reports coming from innova and i heard many streamers getting ban for 24h (at 1st ban) because of the copyright

Private servers aren't even illegal as long as they have no item donations.

I'm not aware of the whole situation, but it sounds like Innova are just trying to be retards and it's working because Twitch's management are just a bunch of sensitive snowflakes. You can get banned for any random bullshit reason, from joking about nazis to insulting someone with any random word (if it's not racist/sexist/whatever don't worry, they'll make it sound like it).

I really don't see what copyright those streamers were infringing, this just sounds like a classic corporate dick move made possible by a company which doesn't deserve to own the most popular streaming platform.

What Innova expects of this move: streamers will move to Innova.

What actually will happen: streamers will probably just find a different streaming site.

I heard rumours Innova stopped bans on Twitch,is it true ? also BOH is back on Twitch and I asked in chat if they stopped the bans and he said yes. Looking for more confirms :)

nevermind,They still continue with bans.It's just a program for russies,they apply for a refferal link to Innova and they put that link into their Twitch Panels and so they do not get ban anymore.basically they advertise Innova with a panel and they do not get ban anymore if they play private servers
