Yes.
And yes they were changed, for more range I think, in HB or gracia, not sure...

IM ASKING FOR OVERLORD/DOMINATOR DEBUFFS NOT FOR NUKES

there's no info about debuffs range in game [im playing on IL]

If there's no range writed, than the range is -1 (You have to stand on the instant to afflict enemy)

Hmm, by what I've seen it should be about a bit higher than aura flare. Aura flare is 150, so I estimate a 200.

yeah, range 100 would affect only ppl who are hitting you

its 450 or 550
