You can get the recipe by making a quest in Primavel Island called "A Powerful Primeval Creature", you can start the quest in the npc "Dinn"

can u describe it a litle ? is it similiar to the IT/FOG for s garde ? and where u can get the blades for it and other it a grade weapons ?
