sometime ago somewhere i read that in it there is somethin u can do for choose s grade recipe but i dont remeber .. and the blacksmith windy of fog any1 know his spawn places ?

If you want to choose recipes you have two ways :

1) Collect 1.2k torches in FoG and brought them to Vulkan

OR

2) Complete 4 (if i remember well) rooms in Four Sepulchers. After clearing all four rooms you will be able to choose one recipe s grade weapon (60%)

yes you kill halisha..an easy rb in IT and then all your 1k items convert into some other items and you chose recipe
