on offie, safe enchanting does not exist.
it's 66% chance of success all the time from +4 up to +21

i bet every1 knows that it exist an safe enchant put to +3, but i have some friends, that didn't donated and have s grade wep with +16-17.. up to +20,


And i found on some sites things about safe enchant, but to access em i have to pay.

well that is either luck, spamming bews or buying weapons from someone else.on normal servers (not l2j) there is no such thing as safe enchanting more than +3

Ok so the server depends well on a server the safe enchant could be +50 and on one +1 the admin choses :arrow:

i believe the talk was about normal servers not l2j or any other not-fun gay servers

One piece armors like Full Plate and Drake can be safely enchanted to +4

it exist some "bug" that was used to safely enchant on offie but actually, all theses bugs have been corrected.
i'm a hardcore over enchant tester and i've not found any way to success my enchants.
i've successfully enchanted a dual sls up to +10 and a darkscreamer to +11
i've also successfully made a full plate set +6 but it took me lot of money for all theses
