I'm running on new hardware, and have been out of the game for almost a year. Finally, I have a setup with Debian 8, running XP in Virtualbox, and both HB and GF clients run smooth, but with this hyper-sensitive camera, which makes the game unplayable. This problem has been discussed a lot, it even occurs on clean Windows installs. Noone seems to have a decent fix. I've tried all the tricks out there. And yes, gamepad option is opted OUT. And yes, several mice have been tried. And yes, the mouse behaves normal in all other aspects, both in the game and in the virtualized windows guest.

Anyone ???? Beginning to get desperate.

Do you have any other game controllers plugged into your computer? I had a Logitech joystick that would do that to many if it was plugged in while palying.

No game controllers attached, nor real or virtuilzed. The game takes total control over the mice, it overrides any settings you apply within Windows. I wonder if any know which file in the client is involved in the mouse control, in order to try a cheap hack....

The problem is more than 5 years old, and occurs randomly, most often on Linux and Mac. The general tip is to disable "gamepad" and "tracking". Don't work for all.

I'm looking for a working L2FileEdit, have lost my old one. Will post here if I crack the nut!
