he is downgraded from c4 and all of its features are c3 like so it makes him c3 tho.

, no I played there before, the GM tried to do some good work "balancing" the classes by adding 3rd profession skills to classes that he thought they need, he didn't remove all c4 skills, mobs are set up like a C4 version not like a C3. There is an Anakazel that can level up your crystal because the Admin/Owner was to lazy removing that. I would say if you go there you won't have a C3 experience you will end up feeling like an low rate Interlude server without dual box, S grades, Goddard and other stuff. I'm safe to say that people nowadays don't know what is a C3 and they are easily fooled when someone presents them a Crap and it calls it Cake.
