by fishing theres chance to get certain item some items are exchangable like u bring 10 lol items the fisherman gives u 1 better |

u can obtain fish sclaes or shiny fish scales from higher lvl fish with a certain droprate or u can exchange fish oils and other lower fish products for these scales at fisherman |

Well, indeed the Fishing section doesn't mention anything about coloured fish scales. But, each fish has a colour depending on its lvl. So, keeping that in mind, if you want Green Fish Scales you must go after Green Fishes. |
