Personally i think from 77-78 go Pagan if u have banish undead

MoS if u have banish Seraph

Varka/Ketra if u are a nuker.

solo rift if u have turn undead :)
since ct2.1 warka/ketra are melee weak too so it's easier for melee to xp there.

Pagan's. When I get to 76 I usually take an EE because it's getting too boring and I'm wasting too many soulshots. Especially if I have an s weapon, it places me on the streets.
