Hello can someone please tell me where i can buy mana potions and is it possible to auto run? and how do you do that?

it depends on server you play on ... MPs are usually in GMshop on HR & MR servers

I mean if you click a button then you don't have to hold a button to run,with most games it's num lock,but i can't find the button to run automaticly in this game...

There isn't.

Just put it on your skillbar and click it when u want to use it. Not that hard dude.

there is and some elixirs of mp... s,b,a grade.. you buy recipes from clan halls need some materials and you craft 10 elixir each time
they have reuse time 5minute
