CON does NOT affect stun land rate on ur ENEMY. It DOES affect stun land rate on YOU. |

y but believe me or not con is not enought.. if have any set you want no bj... : except mj(don't use skill for resist stun ) you will be stuned very easy, i have play titan and i know, you can make a test alone
