ok im spectral lord in a 20x srv full buffs(no kamael's) high 5 chronicle
so my question is.. what is better Singer with empower or buster+acumen+shield.. remember without shield i have better evasion
with the singer + toggled arcane i have aswell good cast

imo casting speed is better, remember u are summoner more, so u will need to heal self and summon, also if u have more casting u hit more in time period than more m atk.
btw evasion is nothing if u cant reach 170+, better use shield and buffs for it, way better, this is one of original l2 truths shield+one handed for mage is better that staff

bullcrap... take singer its a really cheap wep and doesnt need SA .... u can oe it easily and believe me DE summoner is not like other summoners hes like a sph with transfer pain
