DIfference between DYES and TATTOS

Post subject:  DIfference between DYES and TATTOS
Is it have difference between these two thing or ? And how to put tatoos and DYES if they are different

Tattoos are custom stuff that gives SA-like or imba stats[+movement speed, critrate, casting spd, matk etc etc]
Dyes just change your statpoints and it's available on official.

In addition I have to say that with Dyes you make Symbols, not Tattoos as someone use it wrong, in game.

Some ppl call the dyes/symbols tattoos. I think this is what bugghack asked.

the max + stats you can add with dyes is 5.
