never seen this item on any server... in some info i found its a grd, in later chronicles its s grd, no drop rcp no drop edges... mb its some king of quest.. mb its quest pole ;o cause taht pole dont have sa

or maybe some event item, like these monster shields and etc

Hey, ok, it should be A grade and probably is event item... I just found it on ivory tower and was wondering, because it looks quite cool... Ill most likely craft normal Tee Gee and SS afterwards...
