About the newb buff stuff it hasnt been changed since gracia/freya so it should remain up to the same lvl. |

75.innova will open latest 2-3 january which is the best option after all those holydays.you wanna play l2 during christmas and newyear eve?lol |

Im from australia and im actually playing with 180 ms but i have only a small lags in siege/tw(almost unnoticeable) |
