If its a Low rate , EE For sure , clarity powater, recharge, heals , best one there is etc have fun

Sps needs SE to be 100% efficient. Sps without empower can't 2-shoot mobs around his level. And 2-shooting mobs without clarity is way better than 3-shooting mobs with clarity.

But even with that being said, I'd go for EE. Why? Sure, it's gonna eat up more mana but you can still go for quite a lot with recharge. Sure, you'll probably /sit once in 20 mins at higher levels but it's not that bad. With the SE you'll probably rest once in 30-40 mins.
Plus that from lvl 70 your nuker isn't really needed for leveling since you can hunt undeads in pagans with the EE. Heaps of farm and shitloads of xp. And drops aren't bad either.

So they both have their advantages. But I think EE is the more viable option because of the powerlvl. But make sure pagans is working properly in your server, else EE is bad.

SE can have clarity and turn undead too
u cant lethal in pagans at lvl 70..unless ur playing some joke sv

Is running GF off ... (dont know it is well said ) .. I tell him to make a SE becasue empower , now, i dont know what decide! xD

ee can take emp with transfer skill QQ ee for mage is best, se is for melee dd's

skill transfer doesn't exist in GF, it came in GE

ontopic: I'd chose EE, then bring a bird to give me emp

and if it's on rpg (since u mentioned gf off), then u might wanna consider SE, since SE's get really good after GF

I thought only SE can take other skills.

If EE takes empower at lvl 76.. What are you gonna do until lvl 76? Trail your balls against the sand to get more mana regen? Jesus.

SE is imo the way better choice buff-wise. Pre-76 you get empower which helps you hugely. After 76 you get clarity which helps too. The EE is simply an option because he can powerlvl.
